Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee Hoffmann <br />that the bid for the new squad car be awarded to the Midway Ford Coo <br />MotIon CarrIed. <br /> <br />Peifer Easement <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney requested that sInce the Coun_cll had already, <br />authorized the Peifer easement transaction; he would like check <br />for $250.00 at the next Council meeting; matter referred to the Clerk. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Emplovees' Salary Revle~ <br /> <br />Discussion and recommendations were made regarding salaries for the <br />AdministratIve staff, pollee offiCers and also public works employees, <br />but action was delayed untIl the next Council meeting to allow <br />Trustee Olmen and hIs CommIttee additIonal tl'me to discuss a recom- <br />mendation for a wage rate for Fred Nixon. Mayor Nethercut requested <br />that study results b.'glveR sufficient time In advance for Council <br />consideration before the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />County Road E Area Deslqn <br /> <br />This matter was delaye~ until the next CouncIl meeting. <br /> <br />ChrIstmas Tree Pick UD <br /> <br />The CouncIl decIded Fred Nixon will be requested to pick up the <br />Christmas Trees for dlsposltlon on January 8th. Matter referred to <br />Clerk to cause Its publicatIon In the New Brighton Bulletin and <br />request the residents to place the trees by the mall boxes. <br /> <br />Equipment ComDlalnt <br /> <br />Clerk Informed the CouncIl that eight complaints had been received <br />regarding the equIpment a'nd materials a't the skating rink at County <br />ROad E and Hamllne Avenue.
