ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — FEBRUARY 12, 2024 2 <br />between County and City Staff; they will continue to work on sustainability initiatives through the <br />end of the year. The County is close to releasing its RFP for the Spine Road on the RCC project, <br />this RFP will bring the design of the Spine Road to 100% completion and shovel ready. Lastly, at <br />tonight's meeting, the City Council will be considering the proposal for the Alternative Urban <br />Areawide Review, the AUAR, update with Kimley Horn, this is required by State Statute to be <br />updated every five years, the last update was done in 2019. That concludes my Rice Creek <br />Commons Update. <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the Spine Road was at 60% design at this time. <br />City Administrator Perrault reported this was the case. <br />Councilmember Holden asked for clarification for the record that the JDA did meet on Monday, <br />February 5. <br />City Administrator Perrault stated this was correct. He noted he missed this meeting and could <br />pass along the agenda topics to the Council. <br />Councilmember Holden indicated she would like a copy of the document that was provided to <br />the JDA by Bob Lux regarding Site K. <br />City Administrator Perrault indicated he would check with staff to locate this document. <br />3.
