Motion To Approve Rice Creek Commons Alternative Urban Areawide <br />Review (AUAR) Update <br />Councilmember Holden stated with Costco still in the works for this site, she questioned if an <br />alternative bid was being considered. She asked if a traffic study would be completed with and <br />without a big box retailer. <br />
