Highway Traffic Regulation Act adopted. <br /> Chapter 169 of Minnesota Statutes, 1969, as amended is <br /> hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. No. 157, ~ 2, 7-10-72) <br /> Sec. 26-2. Penalty. <br /> Any violation of Chapter 169, commonly referred to as the <br /> Highway Traffic Regulation Act, which occurs within the <br /> . Iimita of the city is a violation of this chapter. Any person <br /> violating any provision thereof shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section <br /> 1-10 of this Code. (Ord. Parking after snow accumulation-Lim- <br /> ited. <br /> No person shall park any vehicle, except in compliance <br /> with directions of a police officer or in compliance with <br /> regulatory parking signs of the police department, on the <br /> improved portion of any street or highway in the city for a <br /> period of time commencing immediately after the accumula- <br /> tion thereon of two (2) inches or more of snow, and <br /> continuing until snow removal or plowing thereof has been <br /> completed.
