<br /> , <br /> , <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS . <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-08 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the City of Arden Hills owns excess right-of-way <br />generally located on County Road E-2 and New Brighton Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Attorney have advised that they see no <br />reason to retain ownership of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate this excess <br />right -of -way. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that the <br />excess right-of-way located along County Road E-2 and New Brighton Road <br />and legally described as: <br />All that part of New Brighton Road and Co. Rd. E-2 contiguous to Lot <br />3, Rohleder's Home and Garden Acres, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />be vacated; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby authorized . <br />and directed to execute a Notice of Completion of Vacation Proceeding, <br />present it to the Ramsey County Auditor for entry in the Transfer Record, <br />and then record it in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder in order to <br />comply with the Vacation Statute requirements. <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 12th day of March, 1990. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> By <br /> Thomas R.
