If changed, this <br /> will affect three businesses, Star Liquor, Big Ten and Lindey's Steak <br /> House. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff has no recommendation at this time. <br /> . ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council wishes to grant this request, <br /> they should direct City Attorney <br /> . Filla to draft an ordinance amending Section 3-16(c) of the City Code. <br /> NOTE: Council may also wish to amend Section 3-16(d), as noted in the <br /> second paragraph of Attorney Filla's March 1st letter.
