Our <br /> proposed research strategies and understanding of the project may be summarized as <br /> follows: - <br /> . The population of interest consists of residents in the City of Arden Hills. <br /> . Anderson-Niebuhr will be responsible for obtaining a list of households in <br /> Arden Hills. From this list, we will draw an equal probability random <br /> sample of 400 Arden Hills households. <br /> . We will meet with representatives from the City of Arden Hills to further <br /> identify the key Issues and topics to be addressed in the questionnaire. <br /> . We recommend pretesting the questionnaire with a random sample of 15 <br /> . households. <br /> . We have included descriptions of the procedures we will use to collect <br /> the data using either telephone or mail survey techniques. <br /> . We will work with representatives from the City of Arden Hills to determine <br /> what statistical analyses will be most useful and appropriate to conduct In <br /> addition to complete descriptive statistics. <br /> . The City of Arden Hills will receive five copies of a comprehensive final <br /> written report and two formal presentations of the results. <br /> . A project such as the one we have proposed typically requires <br /> approximately 60 to 90 days to complete from project design through <br /> final report using telephone survey methods, and 90 to 120 days to <br /> complete using mail survey methods. <br /> Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc. has extensive experience conducting <br /> . community surveys of residents and working with City and government agencies.
