' <br /> 2) "Shoe box" fixtures on 14-foot standards, two 100-watt <br /> high-pressure sodium lights on south parking lot. <br /> 3) "Shoe box" fixtures on 16-foot standards, two 250-watt <br /> high-pressure sodium lights on east parking lot. <br /> 4) Parking lot light fixtures to be bronze in color and <br /> match those in office parking to south. <br /> e. Signage: Business sign to be located at northeast corner of <br /> site at entrance of C.D.C. drive and Lexington Avenue. <br /> f. Fire Lanes: As of August 30, the Fire Marshal, Fire Chief and <br /> Building Inspector have not been able to meet together for <br /> final resolution of this matter. However, the project <br /> architect has informed me that: <br /> 1 ) The Fire Marshal has indicated that with an adequate <br />. interior fire sprinkler system he feels that fire lanes <br /> between the two tennis structures and along the west end <br /> of the structures should be adequate for fire protection; <br /> and <br /> 2) The Building Inspector has reviewed the new site plan and <br /> apparently feels that his concerns discussed in a memo of <br /> July 2, 190, have been satisfactorily met. <br /> However, the Fire Chief, Dan Winkel, will make the final <br /> recommendation. <br /> 4. Accept building system, materials and color scheme as proposed. <br /> a. Building for reception area and locker rooms: <br /> 1) Frame construction, wood lap siding, asphalt roof. <br /> 2) Tan siding, bronze trim and roof. <br /> b.
