The City must receive $4,910.12 prior to December 1, <br /> 1990, if you wish to continue your water service. If the full <br /> payment ~s not received prior to that date, water service will <br /> be shut off effective Monday, December 3, 1990. <br /> You have the opportunity to present your objections to the <br /> delinquent utility bill by contacting me at the above address. <br /> Additionally, you may request in writing, a hearing on this <br /> matter before November 29.
