MEMORANDUM <br /> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> DATE: November 9, 1990 <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> FROM: Deputy Clerk Catherine Iago <br /> RE: Resolution Nos. 90-42 and 90-43, Reapportionment of Assessments, <br /> Relating to North Ridge Apartments & Winiecki Property, <br /> Continental Development Corporation <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The attached resolutions relate to apportionment of assessments for the <br /> North Ridge Apartments and platting of the Winiecki property. <br /> At the request of George Winiecki, the assessments have been reapportioned <br /> to the four (4) parcels owned by Continental Development. Apparently, Mr. <br /> Cook and Mr. Winiecki agreed that all assessments Hill be paid by the <br /> developer and failed to notify the City at the time of platting the land. <br /> The tHO properties shoHing a zero balance are the Winiecki property and <br /> the parcel dedicated as parkland to the City. <br />. This is a routine item of business and, therefore, is placed on the <br /> Consent Calendar. <br /> Staff recommends adoption of the two resolutions for certification to <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> Council should pass a motion adopting Resolution Nos. 90-42 and 90-43, <br /> Relating to Apportionment of Assessments for Improvement Nos. W-77-S and W-78-2, <br /> and EdgeHater Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-8S-2. <br />. <br />
