<br />. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />. RESOLUTION NO. 90-42 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W77-5 & W78-2 <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for combined improvement W77-5 and <br /> W78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to <br /> the Ramsey County AUditor on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of <br /> including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br /> estate taxes commencing in 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of property <br /> contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County AUditor requires that apportionment of the <br /> original assessment against each original tract where it has <br /> later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills <br /> city Council, in order that the proper assessment can be extended <br /> by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City Council does hereby make the <br /> following apportionment of original assessments as contained in <br /> said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, against the following <br />. described properties: <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS DIVISION NO. 62643 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-42 DIP NO. 1943 <br /> NAME OF ASSESSMENT W77-5 & W78-2 AUDITOR'S NO. 1943 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA DIVISION NO.
