<br />Minutes of the Arden Hills Regular Planning Canunission Meeting, 11-7-90 <br />Page 6 <br />LEXINGroN (Cont'd) Chair Probst recammended a public hearing be held by <br /> Planning Canunission at their December 5 Meeting and . <br />suggested Planner Bergly request Council direction at their Regular Meeting held <br />November 13; if Council =ncurs the public hearing should be held at the Planning <br />Meeting, staff is requested to notify affected property =en; and publish <br />notification of hearing. <br />MISCELUlNIDUS Chair Probst advised he is in receipt of a letter fram a <br /> group studying rural area development policies; if any <br />Canunissioners are interested in joining the study group, =ntact Probst. <br />PIAN SUBMISSION Canunission discussed the sul:mission of more detailed <br /> drawings in =junction with =nsideration of variances <br />for residential properties; preferred the applicants sul:mit elevations of the <br />proposed additions for Canunission review, as well as the site drawings. <br />Plarmer Bergly stated the Zoning subcarrnnittee is just beginning to review the <br />application procedures and he will notify the subcarrnnittee of the suggested <br />sul:mission. <br />COUNCIL Clerk Administrator Berger reported on recent Council <br />REPORT' actions of interest to Canunission. <br />ADJOURN Ze!un moved, seconded by Winiecki, that the meeting be <br /> adjOUITIed at 8:45 p.m. Motion =ied unanilnously.
