She explained she has surveyed <br /> surrounding cannnunities and most do not permit parking in the front yard and <br /> require the recreational vehicles to be parked on an improved surface. <br /> CounciJJnember Growe advised she will check with the sul=mmittee at the December <br /> 5 Planning meeting and report to Council. <br /> LIGHTING/PARKING ; Counci1lllember Malone requested staff contact the <br /> HOOARD JOHNSON Manager at Howard Johnson, 1201 W. County Road E, <br /> regarding the elimination of the two parking spaces on <br /> the east side of the b.1ilding, facing County Road E, as required by Council in <br /> conjunction with approval of the new signage for the facility. <br /> Malone also requested staff review the light fixture on the east side of the <br /> roilding; the illumination may reflect on vehicular traffic along County Road E. <br /> CABLE 'IV Counci1lllember Growe noted the problems staff is <br /> PROGRAMMING experiencing when attempting to program the Cable 'IV <br /> channel. She suggested staff draft a letter from Council <br /> requesting the cable personnel correct the problems or replace the equipment. <br /> Mayor Sather stated he will contact william Bauer to discuss this matter. <br /> SCHEDULE COUNCIL Clerk Administrator Berger requested Council consider <br />. & STAFF TEI\M scheduling a Team Building session in early or <br /> BUIlDING SFSSION mid-January 1991. He offered to contact Mr". Brimeyer <br /> for tentative dates. <br /> Council directed Berger to contact Brimeyer for tentative dates and report at a <br /> future meeting. <br /> ADJOURN Growe moved, seconded by Malone, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 8:40 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
