" <br /> The Clerk Administrator requested staff members be given time to review the <br /> docmnent and offer input prior to Council adoption. <br /> Council concurred to allow the staff time to review the docmnent, offer <br /> suggestions, revise as noted by Council and resuJ:mit for action at the December <br /> 10 regular Council meeting. <br /> ADJOURN Mahowald moved, seconded by Growe, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br /> Gary R.
