Engln- <br /> e~r Roger Short reported on the December 27 meeting on Inter-muni- <br /> cipality storm drainage matters. Mayor Kennedy requested that <br /> EngIneer Short write a letter to Attorney Courtney on the storm <br /> drainage matters related to the summons. <br /> Perry Property <br /> Trustee Bjorndahl Invited discussion and opinions of the Council <br /> and Aytorney Courtney concerning future Village purchase of the <br /> Perry Property. He stated that Mr. Perry might-be Interested In <br /> selling 21 acres (This would exclude the house and lacre of land <br /> from the original proposal). After some discussion, the matter <br /> was referred to the Parks and Recreation Committee for addItional <br /> details on cost etc. <br /> ENGINEER LUND'S REPORT <br /> North End Sanitary Sewer Study <br /> Mayor Kennedy reviewed a letter from Banister Engineering concern- <br /> Ing the advisability of completing a feasibility raport on several <br /> avallaole methods of providing a sewerage system for the northern <br /> portion of the Village. Engineer Short reported on possible sources <br /> of Fesera I Aid for this type of projects. <br /> Trustee Nethercut moved that-Etan-I.s.tel" Eng I_ neer I ng be requested to <br /> complete a study and prepare an engineering feaslblllt9 r~p~rt as <br /> outlined In their December 22nd letter, cost not to exceed $6,500.00. <br /> Seconded by Trustee Crepeau. Carrl~d. <br /> Oak Avenue Sewer <br /> Engineer Lund reported that he Is preparing the fInal estimate for <br /> payment of the Oak Avenue Sewer project.
