REPORT OF MAYOR KENNEDY American Edu-atlon Week' As requested by the Mounds View Education Assn., Mayor Kennedy read a proposed resolution and declared the week of November 7 through November 13, 1965, as American Education Week, as per the attached resolution. Matter referred to Clerk. P.E.R.A. Mil'rter Mayor Kennedy read a notlee from the P.E.R.A. Committee regarding bll Is Introduced In the house and senate during the 1965 Legislative Session to coordinate P.E.R.A. and Social Security. Uniform Building Code Mayor Kennedy stated that he believes the Uniform Building Code needs further study and requested Clerk LorraIne Stromquist to study ~he portion concerning fees. The Council agreed to the change. De 'I nquent Sewer Accounts Trustee Nethercut moved, seconded by Trustee Crepeau. that a resolution be adopted. as attached, requesting the County Assessor to place on the tax roll for 1966 collection the attached list of delinquent sewer accounts; motion carried.
