He Informed the Council that Mr. Perry would only consider sel ling <br />the entire area at a price of $42,500, which would Include taa home. There was <br />some discussIon regarding the home on the property. Matter referred to Atty. Lund stated that the project must be advertised for bids as the cost wi II <br />be more than $2,000. He showed a map Which designated the drainage lIne whiCh would <br />be constructed from Glenvlew Avenue to County Road F inclUding through Lots 15, 16 <br />and 17, for which trespas$lng rights will have to be obtained. <br /> <br />Advertisement for bids to be published In the New Brighton bulletin, September 30, <br />1965, with 'blds to be opened October II, 1965 at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Committee Representatives <br />Dr. Bjorndahl informed the Cianci I that the Co!fl111Hee recommends that Roy Andel-son <br />be recommended to represent Arden Hills on the Mounds View Advisory Commlt1'ee; <br />Counc II agreed. <br /> <br />The.Commlttee also recommended that Betty Klaas be appointed to represent this <br />Committee on the Civic Center Committee; Council agreed. <br /> <br />REPORT OF BUr LDING INSPECTOR CLAY KELLEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Twin City Industrial Park <br />Mr. Kelley repori"ad that the building permit for the fourth warehouse building 1', be. <br />constructed in the Industrial Park has been Issued to Don Robarts. He also Informed <br />the Counci I that Mr. Roberts has no further plans for this area .unti I . next spring.. <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut requested Mr. Kel ley to check the plans on delivery doors to verify <br />that they are placed as planned. <br /> <br />Board of Appeals <br />Mr. Kelley suggested that an architect be one of the members of the Board of Appeals <br />as It Is at present, since It Is possIble for this Committee to be composed of three <br />layman, which he believes would not be satisfactory. .Acting Mayor Crepeau thanl.;ed <br />him for this good suggestion. <br /> <br />REPORT OF TRUSTEE OLMEN <br /> <br />Mound Avenue Project <br />Trustee Olman Informed the Co-ncll that Fred Nixon has finished Mound Avenue and <br />Intends to start sweeping the Village streets as soon as the weather permits. <br /> <br />REPORT OF TRUSTEE NETIlERCUT <br /> <br />Ramsey County League of Munflclpalltles <br />Trustee Nethercut reported on the R.C.L.M. meeting he attended and stated that tvo <br />conmlttees reported on matters concerning disposal problems and storm drainage. <br />Suggested programs tor t~e year were discussed. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Crepeau stated that he believes the Village shou Id be ](Spt Informed <br />especially on the drainage matter; he feels this matter should be considered on a <br />County basis. <br /> <br />-ll_ <br />
