Trustee Bjorndahl stated that he feels the price is reasonable and re~uested Councl I approval.forthe purchase and recommended that the purchase be made by contract for deed to be paid In 5 years; -this arrangement Is agreeable to 1\11'. Trustee Bjorndahl stated that the Commlti"ee'also recommended the purchase of the Ralph Perry proper"ry which Involves a home on the property which has been appraised st $22,500. He Informed the Council that Mr. Perry would only consider sel ling the entire area at a price of $42,500, which would Include taa home. There was some discussIon regarding the home on the property. Matter referred to Atty. Courtney. County Road F Playground Trustee Nethercut I.nqu I red as to th<;l status of 1'he dra I nage project at th Is pillayground. Engr. Lund stated that the project must be advertised for bids as the cost wi II be more than $2,000. He showed a map Which designated the drainage lIne whiCh would be constructed from Glenvlew Avenue to County Road F inclUding through Lots 15, 16 and 17, for which trespas$lng rights will have to be obtained. Advertisement for bids to be published In the New Brighton bulletin, September 30, 1965, with 'blds to be opened October II, 1965 at 8:00 p.m. ~ Committee Representatives Dr. Bjorndahl informed the Cianci I that the Co!fl111Hee recommends that Roy Andel-son be recommended to represent Arden Hills on the Mounds View Advisory Commlt1'ee; Counc II agreed. The.Commlttee also recommended that Betty Klaas be appointed to represent this Committee on the Civic Center Committee; Council agreed. REPORT OF BUr LDING INSPECTOR CLAY KELLEY . Twin City Industrial Park Mr. Kelley repori"ad that the building permit for the fourth warehouse building 1', be. constructed in the Industrial Park has been Issued to Don Robarts. He also Informed the Counci I that Mr. Roberts has no further plans for this area .unti I . next spring.. Trustee Nethercut requested Mr. Kel ley to check the plans on delivery doors to verify that they are placed as planned. Board of Appeals Mr. Kelley suggested that an architect be one of the members of the Board of Appeals as It Is at present, since It Is possIble for this Committee to be composed of three layman, which he believes would not be satisfactory. .Acting Mayor Crepeau thanl.;ed him for this good suggestion. REPORT OF TRUSTEE OLMEN Mound Avenue Project Trustee Olman Informed the Co-ncll that Fred Nixon has finished Mound Avenue and Intends to start sweeping the Village streets as soon as the weather permits. REPORT OF TRUSTEE NETIlERCUT Ramsey County League of Munflclpalltles Trustee Nethercut reported on the R.C.L.M. meeting he attended and stated that tvo conmlttees reported on matters concerning disposal problems and storm drainage. Suggested programs tor t~e year were discussed. Acting Mayor Crepeau stated that he believes the Village shou Id be ](Spt Informed especially on the drainage matter; he feels this matter should be considered on a County basis. -ll_
