Mayor Kennedy read a letter, dated <br />Sept. 13, 1905. from Nilva, ~haw and Frisch, attorneys for the <br />Geo. Indykiewiczes. This letter infor.med the Council that this <br />petition is for a larger area than the previous petition. Referred <br />to Clerk to forward to Atty. Courtney for checking before referring <br />to the Planning Cowmission. <br /> <br />Se!vice Station Request <br />A representative from the Standard Oil Co. Wns present and explained <br />to the Council that the reason they are requesting a 50 ft. sign is <br />that the signs al'e made in 30, 40 and 50 f'G. heigh'Gs and the present <br />sign is not of sufficient height. <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut moved, seconded by Tl'ustee Crepeau, that the <br />request be denied as recommended by the Hoard of Appenls; motion <br />carried. Corner of Hw . 90 and FAI 35W <br />Trustee I>Jethercut moved. seconded y Trustee Crepeau, that an O:"C'::i,,]nne <br />be introduced by title and given its first reading 'GO l'szone 'G1J.<, <br />northwest oorner of Hwy. 90 and FAI 35W from H-2hesidential 'Go <br />Commercial; motion carried. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Rates and Charges - St. Paul <br />Attyl Courtney read thnt ~ortion of his letter, dated sept. 13, 1905. <br />relative to hoseviile's invitation to Arden Hills to pass a resolu~ <br />tion SuppoI'ting its action as delineated in Section 115.49 against <br />St. Paul in protest to suburban sewer charges. <br /> <br />There was much discussion as to the recourse St, Baul has the right <br />to invoke regarding the withholding of payments. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee Bjorndahl, that a resolu- <br />tion. as attaohed, be Adopted supporting rtoseville's aotion to proceed <br />as outlined.in Sea. 115.49; motion carried. <br /> <br />The Council authorized Atty. Courtney to sende letter to Roseville <br />explaining the feeling of the Counoil concerning the withholding of <br />pa Yll1ent . <br /> <br />Vessey l.latter <br />Atty. Courtney informed the Council that he has a check for ~400 <br />from Alan Ves sey, but there is a discrepancy in the J.Ggal dese:>" :~. '.i;;:.OD <br />which will have to be corrected. At'i:;y.
