The Board of Appeals in its report, dated Sept. 5, 1965, recommended approval of this request, but the Council felt that plans should be submitted for consideration before action is taken. Garage - 1931 Stowe Avenue Trustee Nethercut moved that the request of M. R. Osterberg be approved, as recommended by the aoard of Appeals, to construct a garage within J' of his property line as the adjacent lot is an unbuild~le corner loc; seconded by Trustee Crepeau; motion carried. Garage - 1857 Grant Road . Trustee Nethercut moved~ seconded by Trustee Bjorndahl, that OWen Harmer be allowed, as recommended by the Board of Ap~eals, to construct an over- sized garage within 5' of his property line, subject to the written permission of his neighbor to the east; motion carried. -4-
