Short reI-,orted that the Gontrol Data rood complies with the <br />requirements as set up by Banister Engineer~ng Go. and is ready <br />for acceptanoe by the Village, but there are a few oorrections to <br />be made. Lund. that the construc.tion specirications of Grey Fox <br />Road and Dunlap S+.reet be carefully checked since no representation <br />from the Village supervised or checked the work during construotion. <br />Fred Nixon informed' the Gouncil that a pOl'tion of Dunlap St.reet is <br />already deteriorating. <br /> <br />Area Storm Drainage . <br />Engr. Short informed the Council thafu the Roseville storm drainage <br />program would affect only a small portion of Arden .dills - the <br />southwest portion near County Road D and Cleveland. lie stated <br />that Arden Hills drainaGe problems can only get worse, but he does <br />not believe it is an ~ediate problem. <br /> <br />REPOl. T OF ATTY. SALLAND <br /> <br />Cummings Lane Sewer Easement and Contract <br />Atty. Salland informed the UounC~L tn~t an agreement has been <br />reached to obtain an easemeqt b~tween IRgerson Road and Hwy. 51 <br />f~om Max A. Stacker and Uarold A. Yhrisuenserr fo~ ~600.00. As <br />recou;mended by Atty. Salland, Tl'ustee Ulman moved approval of the <br />pa;yment of ~600.00 to 1lax A. Stacker and .darol.:! A. Christensen <br />for bsmt. #8001, alonr; with the installaUon by the VillW::e of a <br />Y connector to be located midway in the easelUent to allow S SClOrter <br />sewer connection to their properties when it is developed; seconded <br />by Trustee Crept"au; motion cal'ried. <br /> <br />Trustee Olmen moved. seconded by Trustee Crepeau, that the Clerk <br />and Mayor be authorized to sign the contract between McDonald~ <br />Luben and Assoo., Inc. and the Villafe for ~anitary Sewer lmprove~ <br />ment MG. $ (Cumminr.s Lane); motion carried. <br />
