He had sent a letter to the Council describJl!iIg the situation <br />copies of this letter were presented to the Councilo Mr. Sullivan <br />explained that the culvert which was installed during the r~ad improve <br />ment was not placed low enough to carry the water to Hyde's pond <br />as intended. Engr. Lund informed the Council tlwt he is aware of <br />the situation and that at the time of the road improvement a drainage <br />easement Was requested by letter from the Piefer's to permit deepen= <br />ing of' the ditch and different positioning of' the culvert. The <br />matter Was referred to Atty. Courtney when the Peifer's did not <br />respond to the easement request. <br /> <br />Matter referred to Trustee Olmen. <br /> <br />REPORT OF ATTORN:&.'Y COURTNEY <br /> <br />VesseyoThompson Deeds <br />Atty. Courtney informed the Council thpt there is a discrepancy in <br />the legal descriptions of the property involved and the matter has <br />been referred to Banister Bngineering Co.
