Appsm s reoommended that s~gns at the Texaco Station, <br />County Road Band Hwy. 51. and the Standard Station, Hwys. 96 and 88 <br />which are over the maximum height o~ 16 ft. be made to conform to <br />the Ordinance. The Council decided not to take any action at this <br />time as regulations concerning this type of sign are being studied <br />by the Planning Commissi6n. <br /> <br />1622 Lake Johanna Blvd. <br />No Council action was taken reg~ding a request from Don Wilsey, <br />1947 W~ County hoad C, to allow him to remodel a cottage on Lake <br />Johanna if he purchases the property. Trustee crepeau informed the <br />Council that one buyer is interested in purchasing tl~ee lots and <br />demolishing the cottages, including the one at 1622 Lake Johanna <br />Blvd.. and construc,ting one house. The Council agreed that this <br />would be more desirable. <br /> <br />McGuire i s Sip.:n <br />CleJk Lorraine Stromquist inrormed the Council that the McGuire sign <br />the BOard of Appeals inquired about has been licensed. <br /> <br />Apportionment Resolutions <br />Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee NethercutD tl~t resolutions <br />relating to apportionment ot assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer <br />Impr.
