' <br /> <br />REPORT OF BUILDING INSPECTOR CLAY KELLEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Storm Damage <br />Mr. Kelley ihi'ormed the Council ths'l; he had only one l'Opozot of '-stQ~'m <br />damage in the Village. <br /> <br />Possible Building Condemnation <br />Clay Kelley reported that he is checking a house on Thom Drive for <br />possible condemnation. <br /> <br />~ortsmen's Club Building <br />. Danielson of the Arden Hills Sportsmen's Club has contacted Clay <br />Kelley regarding the status of their building plans. <br /> <br />Stephenson Matter <br />Mr. Kelley informed the Council that Mr. Stephenson has cleared the debrJ <br />from the site where his home was burned and is now ready to start con~ <br />struction of a new house. As recommended by Mr. Kelley.
