Lund that the apportionment of assessments should not <br />be sta:r-i:ed untilll we receive this receipt.-u.",.. ~ (A.. ~ (,U..U.A ~ <br /> <br />REPVRT OF TRUSTEE NETHERCUT <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Trustee Nethercut reported that the Planning Commission is moving along rapidly and <br />is planning to divide the Village to hold separate meetings to acquaint the residents <br />of the Plan. <br /> <br />Ridgewooa Court Vacation <br />Trustee Nethercut informed the.C0uncil that the Planning Commission recommende <br />not vacating until further study. <br /> <br />Roberts Construction Co. <br />Trustee Nethercut requested the Clerk to write to Roberts Construction Co, and <br />request the plan for the development of the area. <br /> <br />REPORT CF TRUSTEE CREPEAU <br /> <br />Civil Defense <br />Trustee Crepeau informed the Council that the New Brighton and Shoreview Civil <br />Defense Units have agreed to assist Arden Hills Civil Defense at the Mounds View <br />High School functions. <br /> <br />Requost for Election Dates <br />As requested by the liquor licensees, Trustee Crepeau requested the Clerk to inform <br />them.of the election dates after the passage of the proposed Ordinance. <br /> <br />REPORT LF TRUSTEE LANG <br /> <br />Mounds View Athletic Ass'n contract covered under Atty's report, <br /> <br />REPORT CF TRUSTEE OLMEN <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />REP0RT OF MAYOR KENNEDY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Junked Cars Conference <br />Mayor Kennedy read a letter from the Auto Salvage Industry which informed the Council <br />of a Conference to be held in Minneapolis on March 25 regarding the problem of <br />wrecked cars and the related businesses. and requested the names of those planning <br />to attend be submitted by March 10. Matter referred to Trustee Nethercut for the <br />Planning Commission with authority for one or two members to attend. <br /> <br />A resident inquired if there are any restrictions on trucks related to resident's <br />business parked in residential areas. Mayor Kennedy stated that it is not prohibited, <br />but the matter has been studied. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Develocment Plan <br />Mayor Kennedy recommended that the Council study the Comprehensive Development Plan <br />as submitted by Carl Da~e and the Planning Commission and report any possible changes <br />before the final form is printed. Trustee Nethe cut informed the Council that the <br />Commission is meeting Feb. 23 to accept the plan and requested that any changes be <br />submittdd before this date. <br /> <br />-2-0 <br />
