Mauor stated that there is no indication at this <br />time that St, Paul will reduce its rate. <br /> <br />;II <br /> <br />Council authorized Atty, Courtney to drew up a resolution coneerning <br />this rate reduction as soon as Rosevil1e's resolution is received from <br />Atty. Bell. <br /> <br />This rate reduction will become effective January 1. 1965; therefo~e, <br />will appear on the next billing. Clerk requested to send notices <br />with the next billing. <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTy LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES <br />Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee Lang, that the following <br />Resolution be adopted8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills is a member in good standing of <br />the Ramsey County League of Municipalities. and <br /> <br />WrlEREAS. the Village of Arden Hills desires to continue its partiCipation <br />in the Itamsey County League of Munioipalities. <br /> <br />NOW, 'El:IE:REFORE, BE IT hESOLVEDr <br /> <br />That the Village of Arden Hills hereby designates Mayor D. F, Kennedy <br />as its representative to the hamsey County League of MU.1icipali ties :fOl:' <br />the perios of January 1. 1965 to Deoember 31, 1965. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village of Arden Hills hereby desig= <br />nates Robert E.
