'. , '. . NOTICE OF BElUUNG ON ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVElllENT NO.4 VILIAGE OF ARDEN HJ:LLS, MDlINESOTA . NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the Village of Arden Bills, Minnesota will meet at the Village Hall looated at 1450 W. Highway 96 in said village on Wednesday, Ootober 24, 196:2 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any and a'tl written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed special assessments for street Improve- ment No.4. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against each percel of land will be payable, unless prepaid. in ten (10) equal con- secutive annual installments, the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year 1962, collectible with such taxes during the year 1963. The first installment will be payable with interest at the rate of five percent (51') per annum on the entire assessment from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31,. 1963, and each subsequent installment will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within thirty (30) days from the date of adoption of the assessment roll. . The general nature of Street Improvement No. 4 consists of the grading and surfacing of the village streets described below, inCluding the construction of storm sewers necessary and incidental thereto. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes each lot and parcel of land abutting on a street desig- nated below or any portion thereof, or situated within a platted one-half block abutting on such street or portion thereof: . Venus Avenue from Rolling Bills Road to Dellview Avenue. Glenview Avenue from Fairview Avenue to crystal Avenue. Glenview Court from Glenview Avenue south to terminus. Rolling Hills Road from Venus Avenue to Gramsie Road. Gramsie Road from Rolling Hills Road to Dellview Avenue. Fairview Avenue from Venus Avenue to County Road "Fo_ Dellwood Avenue from Venus Avenue to Crystal Avenue. Crystal Avenue from Fairview Avenue to County Road "Fo_ Valentine Avenue from county Road "Fo to Trunk Highway 10. Valentine Court from Valentine Avenue south to its terminus.
