Pppovich of Peterson.& Popovich, <br /> <br />village bQnd consultants. <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit.showing publication <br /> <br />of noti,ce of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment and <br /> <br />reapportionment of original assessments fo;r Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Improvement lifo. 2 in thlil New Brighton Bulletin on June 21, 1962, <br /> <br />in accordance with theresolut1on adopted June 11, 1962, Whicl1 affidavit <br /> <br />was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, . reassessments <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 2, said .original hearing being held october 10, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1961 and said assessment roll as amended being adopted october 12, 1961 <br /> <br />and certified .to the County Auditor on November 17, 1961. All <br /> <br />perf/ons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, <br /> <br />and all writtenobjectiona thereto,forefll.ed with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />were presented and conaidered, and all such objections were tabulated <br /> <br />a,f/ follows: <br />
