':.-.... <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />...~ .. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a ~pecial meeting <br /> <br /> <br />. of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly 7held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 16th <br /> <br />day of July, 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following member s were present: <br /> <br />Ashbach, stromquist, crepeau, <br /> <br />Olmen and Kennedy <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Mr. Vincent Courtney, village attorney 1 <br />William Banister, Don Lund and Archie Cloud of Banister Engineering Co., <br />village engineers7 and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village <br />bond consultants. <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showj,ng publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment and <br /> <br />reapportionment of original assessments for Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Improvement No. 3 in the New Brighton Bulletin on June 21, 1962, which <br /> <br />was in accordance with the resolution adopted June 11, 1962, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the considera- <br /> <br />tion of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, reassessments <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No.3, said original hearing being held October 11, <br /> <br />1961 and said assessment roll as amended being adopted October 12, 1961 <br /> <br />and certified to the County Auditor on November 17, 1961. All <br /> <br />persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, <br /> <br />and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />were presented and considered, and all such objections were .tabulated <br /> <br />as follows: <br />
