He said other people <br />with lots ,comparable to his were assessed less. <br /> <br />Mr. Vernon Smith, 1175 Edgewater st.: His complaint relates to property <br />he .owns on Lake Josephine. The sewer ends 25 feet from his <br />property and he has a full assessment. <br /> <br />. Evelyn C. Paquin, 1203 Edgewater Road: She wasn I t assessed and wanted <br />to know if sewer is available to her. <br /> <br />.0 <br />John E. Keiser, 3564 N rth Snelling: It was his understanding that a <br />stub line was to go from the sewer to his property line. It was <br />never put in. He's connected and paid for entire connection fram his <br />house to the sewer. <br /> <br />Mr. <br /> <br />Dr. <br /> <br />John V. Farkas, 3369 N. Snelling Avenue: Asked why he was assessed <br />in Improvement No. 1 and Improvement No.3. Also said he's been <br />charged for 3 connections when he only has one, and footage of <br />280 feet when it's a 140 foot lot. <br /> <br />.Mr. Wayne L. Heiman, 1412 Ta.lisman Curve: His questions related to <br />the property at 3255 North Lexington, which is unplatted acreage. <br />He said that even if the property would be developed, much of it <br />would be unusable. <br /> <br />Mr. George P. Zilliox, 1125 W. County Road E: Had a question re total <br />lineal feet on County Road E .plus some acreage charges. <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond W. Stolp, 3235 North Lexington: He has 80 feet of pipe and a <br />122 foot frontage. Wanted to know what the additional $2.50 a foot <br />was for, for the other 40 feet. A housecouldn I t be built there. <br /> <br />The following correspondence was also discussed: <br /> <br />Mr. Worth Read, 3162 Hamline Avenue North: They have three stub <br />charges and are not sure there's room for two houses on the area <br />next to their present home and wondered if this was excessive. <br /> <br />Adolph Meyer, Thomas B. Meyer and otto A. Petsch, 1670 Johanna Blvd.: <br />They stated it was a problem of assessing the wrong person. <br />$802 is assessed to Mr. otto Petsch and this property belongs to the <br />Meyer Governor Company. They'd like this assessed to Mr. Thomas <br />Meyer instead of otto Petsch. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sisters of st. Joseph of Carondelet, Hamline and County Road E: A portion <br />of the property for which they were assessed had been taken by the <br />State of Minnesota in a condemnation proceeding, and a portion had <br />been sold to American oil Company. <br /> <br />It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by crepeau that the hearing <br /> <br />be adjourned. Upon vote being taken, all voted in favor thereof. <br />
