Minn. <br /> <br />Chairman Kennedy explaineq th~ procedure of plat spproval according <br />to Ol'dinanoe #59. and, accordingly, the proposed plat had been re- <br />ferred to the Villa~e Engineer 9nd the Long Range ~lanning and <br />Zoning Corr~itteeq <br /> <br />The' L"lng R<!ne:e f'la tlrling a nd Zoning Committee recoll,mended the t build= <br />ing permits for this plat be presented to this cOl)'~ittee before <br />isimanoe. <br /> <br />The Village i.:;ngineer noted tha t trle front footage of Lots 2. :3 and <br />'4 of Bleck 1 \7ere less than the 95' required, and, a lso. the cul <br />de SIlC radius and the roadway was 50' instead of the required 60'. <br /> <br />Mr. Knudsen explained that t,he thI'ee lots mentioned were mo:re than <br />the minimum requirement at the building 1ine~ The variance of the <br />%ioaa and the cul de sac were to save some trees a nd to ,enable the <br />'p-latting of the area to be divided into bulldablelots~ .. <br /> <br />Mr. Hillule reported that he hed conferred with the Village J>ngineet' <br />and had been informed that sewer facill tie s are radequa t6 fOl' the <br />, area.
