Chairman Kennedy explaineq th~ procedure of plat spproval according to Ol'dinanoe #59. and, accordingly, the proposed plat had been re- ferred to the Villa~e Engineer 9nd the Long Range ~lanning and Zoning Corr~itteeq The' L"lng R<!ne:e f'la tlrling a nd Zoning Committee recoll,mended the t build= ing permits for this plat be presented to this cOl)'~ittee before isimanoe. The Village i.:;ngineer noted tha t trle front footage of Lots 2. :3 and '4 of Bleck 1 \7ere less than the 95' required, and, a lso. the cul de SIlC radius and the roadway was 50' instead of the required 60'. Mr. Knudsen explained that t,he thI'ee lots mentioned were mo:re than the minimum requirement at the building 1ine~ The variance of the %ioaa and the cul de sac were to save some trees a nd to ,enable the 'p-latting of the area to be divided into bulldablelots~ ..
