Previous to <br />. that time, I consulted with - Orlyn Miller on many Arden Hills <br />projects over the lO years he was your planner from our office. So <br />we have provided continuity through changes in Planning <br />Commissions, City Councils and staff personnel. I have enjoyed my <br />work with you both on the professional and personal levels.
