A letter was received from Attorney <br /> Thomas Balyk, on f Mr, & Mrs. Bachman and Anthony Anderson, requesting <br /> discussion of this lte.m held at the March 4 meeting, since they were unable to <br /> attend this evening. Vice-Cllair of the Plannin::J Commission. Motion =ied unanilnously, (6-0) <br /> APPROVE winiecki move:i, seconded by Petersen, to approve the <br /> MINUI'ES November 6, 1991 Planning Commission minutes as <br /> presente:i, Motion =ied unanilnously. (6-0) <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CASE #91-20j Cllair ProJ:st advised that the public hearing on the <br /> AMEND SUP, Amended Special Use Pennit and site Plan Review for <br /> AMXD a Temporary Building at Amoco was continued from the <br /> November 6, 1991 plarming meeting, at the request of the <br /> applicant. He noted the applicant has requested this matter be continued until <br /> further notice, pending receipt of state pennits for the site, <br /> Carlson moved, secon::l.ed by Winiecki, that Commission <br /> continue the public hearing on Case #91-20 until further notice from the <br /> applicant and direct the Deputy Clerk to republish the notice of hearing and mail <br /> notice to affected property owners upon notification from the applicant. Motion <br /> =ied unanimously. 96-0) <br /> CASE #92-01; Planner Bergly reviewed his report dated 2-5-92, <br /> SITE PU\N AMEMMI'. relating to Case #92-01, site Plan Amendment for <br /> LCX:ATION OF TANK, l=ation of liquid nitrogen tank at 1260 Red Fox <br /> 1260 RED FOX ROAD, Road, Resistance Technology, Inc. <br /> . Bergly explained the l=ation of the tank on the site :minimizes its impact on <br /> public streets or adjoining private property. He indicated the applicant has met <br /> with staff and the Fire Marshal to address any concerns prior to review by <br /> Commission, Bergly noted there do not appear to be any concerns relating to the <br /> tank or its l=ation, <br />
