<br /> -- <br /> Minutes of the Arden Hills Plarming Commission Meeting, 2-5-92 <br /> Page 6 <br /> CASE #91-08: CPI, Planner Bergly referred to his letter of 1-23-92 to . <br /> ~AL the Clerk Administrator, regarding the Environmental <br /> ASSESSMENl' WKSHEEI' Assessment Worksheet for the parking lot expansion at <br /> Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. <br /> Bergly advised the public agencies have responded to the EAW and staff concludes <br /> that no significant envirornnental effects are likely to occur as a result of the <br /> development of the CPI campus and an Envirornnental Inpact statement does not <br /> appear to be warrante:J., He noted that the letter will be forwarded to all the <br /> appropriate agencies, <br /> Petersen moved, seconded by winiecki, that Commission <br /> recommends an Envirornnental Inpact statement does not appear to be lfia=anted for <br /> the proposed parking lot expansion at Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc., based on the <br /> findings liste:J. in the Planner's letter to the Clerk Administrator date:J. 1-23-92, <br /> and that copies of the Planner's letter be forwarded to the appropriate agencies. <br /> Motion =ied unan:iJnously. (6-0) <br /> STATUS REroRr i Planner Bergly reviewed his report dated 1-1-92, which <br /> UNDEVEWPED lAND locates the remaining undeveloped land in Arden Hills and <br /> sunnnarizes all planning actions. <br /> '!here was discussion of those planning applications, scheduled for developnent in <br /> 1991-92, that requeste:J. extensions of approval. <br /> Commission discussed the status of the Zoning Code revisions i questioned if a " <br /> section is proposed relating to air-supported structures, It was determined that <br /> certain sections of the Code should be reviewed by the Planning Commission at the <br /> regular meeting held March 4. <br /> Commission requested that staff mail the draft copy of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> amendments earlier than the regular agenda packet. <br /> MISCiPUINNING Commission discussed the Plarming Workshops offered by <br /> IDRKSHOPS Government Training services i advised they would contact <br /> the Deputy Clerk if interested in attending. <br /> cnUNCIL REFClRI' Council Liaison Mah=ld reported on items of interest <br /> to the Commission. <br /> '!here was discussion regarding the request for TIF financing from Continental <br /> Development Corporation and the status of the Economic Development Committee. <br /> AIlJOURN Moved by McGraw, seconded by Carlson, that the meeting <br /> be adjourned at 9:15 p.m. Motion =ied unanimously. <br /> (6-0) <br /> Chair Dennis Probst I <br />
