The following is a summary of tasks associated with our proposed work plan: <br />1. Project Kick Off/Management <br />a. The project team can start immediately after approval <br />2. Online Survey Development <br />a. Develop online survey questions <br />b. Create and include graphics/images for survey questions <br />c. Create postcards and mail directly to neighborhoods <br />d. Create and post yard signs at each park with a QR code <br />e. Utilize survey platform tool for one survey that directs questions to each specific park <br />f. City staff review and approval of survey questions prior to publishing survey <br />3. Public Involvement process <br />a. April 22-May 10 - Online Survey Coordination and implementation (direct mailers, website, <br />social media, yard signs at park) <br />4. Survey Analysis/Cost Estimates <br />a. Analysis of survey results <br />b. Planning level costs of potential park improvements <br />c. Create a final report including graphic summary that can be shared with the public <br />d. Presentation at the May 28 City Council meeting <br />5. Public Meeting <br />a. May 28 - Final Report preparation and presentation at City Council Meeting <br />Deliverables shall include: <br />1. Preparation of online survey <br />2. Survey advertisement <br />3. Analysis of results <br />4. Preliminary OPCs (Opinion of Probable Costs) <br />5. Final report <br />6.
