He asked the City to <br /> address the issue of storing water on his land without an <br /> easement over the past four or five years. He also asked to <br /> see the modifications being proposed before the project goes <br /> out for bid again. <br /> Councilmember Mahowald asked Engineer Graham if there has been <br /> ongoing communication between the residents involved and the <br /> engineer.
