CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 92- 46 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TIlE BID <br /> IN TIlE MATTER OF TIlE 1992 STREET <br /> COLD IN-PLACE RECYCLING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions 92-38 and 92-40, competitive bids were solicited and <br /> received for the 1992 Street Cold In-Place Recycling Improvements as set forth in <br /> the bid tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the <br /> bidders. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The bids received on July 9, 1992 for the 1992 Street Cold In-Place Recycling <br /> Improvements are hereby accepted. <br /> . Passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1992, <br /> Thomas R.
