CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 92- 47 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL <br /> ASSESSMENT RATE FOR 1992 COLD IN-PLACE <br /> RECYCLING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Assessment Manual outlines the methods of determining that the <br /> commercial/industrial equivalent assessment rate shall be based on 50 % of the cost <br /> of cold in-place recycling improvements plus all associated overhead costs for a <br /> typical residential street section, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council shall establish, by resolution, the commercial/industrial equivalent <br /> assessment rate for cold in-place recycling improvements on an annual basis as <br /> determined by comparable project data available to the City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> l. The commercial/industrial equivalent assessment rate for cold in-place recycling <br /> . improvements constructed in 1992 shall be $10.73 per assessable front foot. <br /> Passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1992. <br /> Thomas R.
