CONCLUDE THE WATER LOSS PROBLEM BY DECEMBER. 1992 <br /> The commercial meters have been certified, and we have also <br /> conducted the backflow tests on the master meter pits. The <br /> backflow study shows no water flowing backwards into <br /> Roseville. The second quarter water report will show us as to <br /> what degree we still have a loss. The Council will be updated <br /> as to the next step that we might proceed with. <br /> . PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES EVALUATIONS BY NOVEMBER 1. 1992 <br /> All of the positions descriptions are now completed and <br /> evaluations will be performed as soon as possible. <br /> . OBTAIN WASTE WATER AND A WATER OPERATOR LICENSE BY MAY 1. <br /> 1992. <br /> I have passed both tests and obtained a Class "D" license for <br /> Waste Water Management and also Domestic Water Operations. <br /> . COMPLETE AN INVENTORY OF PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br /> ~ (DUE BY OCTOBER 1. 1992) <br /> The maj or equipment inventory has been completed, and the <br /> smaller hand tool inventory should be completed by October 1. <br /> We are also attempting to inventory all other miscellaneous <br /> shop and building supplies. <br /> . ESTABLISH SAFETY COMMITTEE BY JUNE 1. 1992 <br /> Don Zehm, the City'S Safety Consultant, was ill during April <br /> and May. We are hoping that he can participate on this <br /> Committee. Most of the information has been gathered and Mr. <br /> Zehm will discuss with Committee Members as soon as possible. <br /> . ATTENDANCE AT MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING SEMINARS <br /> I attended two seminars during the first quarters, and have <br /> not had the opportunity to schedule additional training. <br /> . MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF THE NEW CITY HALL/PUBLIC WORKS <br /> FACILITIES <br /> I have spent much time with the selected architects reviewing <br /> plans and existing buildings. I have attended all of the <br /> planning meetings with the council, Architects, and staff <br /> ~ attempting to design the appropriate facility that will meet <br /> our needs. <br />
