ACCOMPLISH REPAINTING AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE FLEET BY JUNE <br /> 1. 1992. <br /> All of the vehicles have been painted and are awaiting the <br /> installation of the new decals. The decals were ordered and <br /> delivered, but did not meet the standards that were <br /> established. The new decals will be ordered shortly and <br /> installed when they arrive. The original decals will be kept <br /> and used to mark miscellaneous equipment that was not going to <br /> be originally marked. <br /> . PREPARATION OF THE 1993 OPERATING BUDGET BY JUNE 1. 1992 <br /> I have met with Terry Post, Temporary City Accountant to <br /> discuss various items on the 1993 Budget. He stated toward <br /> the end of July, we will be working towards a completion for <br /> the 1993 budget. <br /> . EVALUATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE CONDITIONS DUE BY DECEMBER 1. <br /> 1992 <br /> ~ The Pavement Management Plan will be updated very shortly. <br /> The consulting engineers will have someone available shortly <br /> to assist us with gathering this information. A draft copy of <br /> the storm Water Drainage Plan has already been submitted for <br /> the Council's review. The final report should be completed <br /> soon. I am also trying to put together a report as to the <br /> conditions of our watermain system and also our sanitary <br /> sewer. <br /> ~ <br />
