'lbe leave was for the pericrl of time of <br /> June 10 thru Sept. 10. <br /> My progress has been much slower than I had anticipated. I sustained <br /> another injury in the first week of August. My doctor has indicated to <br /> me that I will have a setback of another 1 to 2 months. BeCause of this <br /> new development, I am requesting an additional 90-clay medical leave of <br /> absence without pay.
