SUGGESTED RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County, the City of Shoreview, and the Village <br /> of Arden Hills are reconstructing Lexington Avenue between <br /> Tanglewood Drive and Royal Oaks Drive, S .A.P. 62-651-25, and <br /> Lexington Avenue between Royal Oaks Drive and County Road J, S .A. P. <br /> 62-651-26; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Army Corps of Engineers is requiring mitigation of <br /> wetland impacts for projects S .A. P. 62-651-25 and S .A. P. 62-651-26; <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has pr'epared construction plans and <br /> specifications for wetland mitigation in the Casey Lake/County <br /> Ditch 18 area of Map1ewood; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District has <br /> requested the reconstruction of the Casey Lake Outlet structure <br /> concurrent to mitigation work and has prepared plans and <br /> specifications for that work; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Maplewood <br /> have approved the plans and specifications for mitigation and <br /> outlet work; and <br /> ~ " <br /> . WHEREAS, Ramsey County and the Ramsey Washingt'on Metro <br /> Watershed District have prepared Cooperative Agreement 91019 fo r <br /> coordination and funding of the Casey Lake Outlet work; Now <br /> Therefore Be It <br /> RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners approves the <br /> plans and specifications for Wetland Mitigation, S .A. P. 62-651-29; <br /> and Be It Further <br /> RESOLVED, The Board authorizes the Chair to sign the plans on <br /> behalf of the County; and Be It Further <br /> RESOLVED, The Board autllorizes the Director of Public Works to <br /> advertise for bids for the project; and Be It Further <br /> RESOLVED, The Board approves Cooperative Agreement 91019 with <br /> the Ramsey washington Metro Watershed District for the Casey Lake <br /> Outlet; and Be It Further <br /> RESOLVED, The Chair and Chief Clerk are authorized to execute <br /> the agreement on behalf of the Board. <br /> . <br />
