The Municipality shall not use grant funds for expenses, or a <br /> portion of expenses, which have been or will be reimbursed by <br /> other parties. Reimbursement is contingent upon the County <br /> receiving SCORE funds from the State of Minnesota. In the event <br /> that SCORE funds actually received by the County are less than the <br /> amount budgeted by the County, the amount of the grant to the <br /> Municipality will be reduced in proportion to the population of <br /> the Municipality. <br /> b. Reports <br /> 1. The Municipality shall submit four reports to the County. The <br /> .first is due to the County on April 15, 1992, the second report is <br /> due on July 15, 1992, the third is due on October 15, 1992, and <br /> the fourth is due on February 1, 1993. The report due April 15, <br /> 1992 will include program information for January 1 through March <br /> 31, 1992. The second report will include information for April 1 <br /> through June 3D, 1992. The third report will include program <br /> information for July 1 through September 3D, 1992. The fourth <br /> report will cover the period from October 1 through December 31, <br /> 1992 . <br /> 2. The reports shall be submitted on forms provided by the County. <br /> . c. Financial Report <br /> 1. The Municipality shall submit a letter which certifies that <br /> SCORE funds have been used pursuant to the Joint Powers Agreement <br /> and this Agreement. That letter shall be included in the report <br /> due February 1, 1993. <br /> 2. The Municipality shall be required to submit, if requested by <br /> the County, an audited financial report to the Ramsey County 'I <br /> Budget and Accounting Office. The report shall show how funds a <br /> t <br /> received from Ramsey County were disbursed. < <br /> ~.; <br /> :i <br /> 2. TERM <br /> The term of this agreement shall be from January 1, 1992 through <br /> December 31, 1992, the date of signatures notwithstanding. <br /> 3. CANCELLATION <br /> Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time upon thirty <br /> (30 ) days written notice to the other party. In the event of <br /> termination, the Municipality shall be entitled to reimbursement <br /> for those expenses incurred up to the termination date, provided <br /> the expenses have been incurred according to the budget shown in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> . <br />
