Iago, Acting clerk 1\dmini.strator <br /> stJBJEX:T : Tiller tana Street Reoonstruction ImproveIIIent <br /> Attached is a letter from Engineers Terry Maurer and Mark Graham dated <br /> March 25, 1992, outlining the bid tarulation for the 1992 Tiller Lane <br /> Improvement Project, based on the revised feasibility report adopted at <br /> the February 10 Council meeting. The modifications to the initial <br /> feasibility report included additional est:iJnated costs for subgrade <br /> ==ections and installation of drain tile for this project. <br /> At the February 10 Council meeting action was taken on the following <br /> items: <br /> a. Adopted Resolution ordering the ilrprovement. <br /> . b. Adopted Resolution approving plans and specifications and <br /> ordering advertisement for bids. <br /> c. Scheduled an assessment hearing for the ilrprovement on April <br /> 27, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Engineer Mark Graham will be present to discuss the bids received, the <br /> establishment of the Residential Equivalent Assessment Rate for street <br /> reconstruction. He indicated he will reconunend delaying the award of <br /> bid until the assessment hearing is corrpleted. <br /> ACTION REOUIRED: <br /> If Council =ncurs with the proposed assessment rate, they should adopt <br /> Resolution No. 92-23, Establishing Residential Equivalent Assessment <br /> Rate for Street Re=nstruction and Resolution No. 92-24 Determining <br /> Assessed Cost of Improvement and Ordering Preparation of Proposed <br /> Assessment Roll in the Matter of the 1992 Tiller Lane Street <br /> Reconstruction Improvement. <br /> CIT/ts <br /> Attachments <br /> M92-104 <br /> . <br />
