Including Arden Hills. has one of the highest population concentrations of University of Minnesota student. staff. and faculty, The new Route 101 would link this population with the proposed new express Route 52 that will connect Rosedale with the University of Minnesota. Minneapolis Campus, The following list describes the major passenger trip generator and destination sites along the proposed Route 101 from Arden Hills to Rosedale: . Bethel College (2.200 students) . Valentine Elementary School . Ramsey County Library. Arden Hills Branch . Johanna Shores Nursing (470 employees and 405 residents) . Northwest College (1200 students) . . Coventry Senior Apartments (350 Residents) . NCR Comten (2.220 employees. 3rd largest employer In Roseville) . Rosedale Square (Variety of Retail Shops) . Byeriy's (Many requests to serve this store) . Rosedale Commons (Variety of Retail Shops) . Rosedale Mall Transit Hub (Timed transfers with other transit systems) The following are the proposed service specifications for Route 101: . From Bethel College west on County Road E2. south on New Brighton Boulevard. east on Stowe. south on Johanna Boulevard and Fairview Avenue. east on Lydia. south on East Frontage Rd. west on County Road C. south on Fairview Avenue. and east on County Road B-2 to Rosedale, (see enclosed map) . The service would run one bus at a 6O-mlnute frequency approximately from 6:45 a,m. to 6:45 p,m, or 12 revenue hours per weekday, On Saturdays the service would run from 8:45 a,m, to 6:45 p,m, or 10 revenue hours per Saturdays, To fund regular route service in the seven county metropolitan area. communities are assessed a transit property tax based upon the level of transit service the city receives, Currently.
