<br /> . , <br /> . <br /> . <br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> April 13, 1992 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called <br /> to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; Councilmembers JoAnn Growe, <br /> Thomas Mahowald, Paul Malone. Absent: Dale Hicks. Also <br /> present were: City Engineer, Mark Graham; Public Works <br /> Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Acting Clerk Administrator, <br /> Catherine I ago; Recording Secretary, Foster. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sather advised that Treasurer Frank Green was unable <br /> to attend this evening and item 7A "Receive Finance Report <br /> from City Treasurer" should be postponed to a later date. <br /> Council concurred. <br /> . MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Mahowald, to adopt the March <br /> 30, 1992 agenda with the exception of item 7A. Motion <br /> carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Growe moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the minutes <br /> of the March 30, 1992 Regular Council Meeting as <br /> prepared. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (4-0). <br /> a. Authorization to Hire Receptionist Clerk/Typist <br /> b. Acknowledge Receipt of Presidential Primary Report <br /> c . Authorization to Install Overhangs on Backstops at <br /> City Parks <br /> d. Approve List of Claims/Payroll <br /> PUB.L I C COMMENTS <br /> . Acting Clerk Administrator Iago introduced the city's new <br /> receptionist clerk/typist, Renee Kaulfuss,who joined City <br /> staff April 6, 1992. Council welcomed her. <br />
