Buckley, Parks Director'JTJl <br /> SUBJECT: Parks & Recreation Weekly Report <br /> ARBOR DAY: <br /> Arden Hills will be sponsoring Arbor Day activities on saturday, April 25. <br /> Seven groups will be planting trees and seedlings at Flora, CWnrnings, Freeway, <br /> Perry, Chatham Open Space, and Lindeys Parks. <br /> BANNERS: <br /> County Road E Business representatives have narrowed the selection of street <br /> banners to two designs. The artist is drawing the two selections in detail <br /> for the group to review. Planning Canmtission members will also review the <br /> . designs before a final selection is made. <br /> ADULT LEAGUES: <br /> Arden Hills Adult Softball Program will start April 27 and 28. . Seventy-six <br /> teams will be playing in Arden Hills leagues this year: <br /> 42 Men's Teams - Monday and Tuesday <br /> 18 Co-Rec Teams - Wednesday <br /> 16 Women's Teams - Thursday <br /> CITY NEWSLE1TER: <br /> I have received only appreciation and praise for the new city Newsletter and <br /> Park and Recreation Flier.
