Acting Clerk Administrator Catherine Iago confirmed the publication of <br /> the Notice of Hearing in the New BriClhton Bulletin on Wednesday, July <br /> 22, 1992, and sent to affected residents on July 17, 1992. <br /> Planner Bergly referred to his report dated August 5, 1992, and <br /> e>qllained any hClll1e occupation that operates within the definition of <br /> HClII1e Occupations in the present Zoning Ordinance requires a Special Use <br /> permit. ihe proposed ordinance classifies the proposed use as a SUP as <br /> patrons would visit the premises. 'lhe Development Moratorimn Ordinance <br /> must be waived for any proposed use in addition to approval of the <br /> application. <br /> Bergly reviewed the findings listed in his report and stated the <br /> proposed use conforms to all the requirements of both existing and <br /> proposed ordinances, without variances. 'lhe applicant bas thorough! y <br /> dOCL1ll1ellted the changes that will be made to accommodate the proposed <br /> use. 'lhe lot is situated 2 lots from access to County Road F arrl backs <br /> onto a City Park. <br /> He stated the proposed use will be located in a walkout lower level of <br /> an attached garage. 'lhe house and garage are separated by 12 feet of <br /> space. This space is open at the basement walkout level with a finished <br /> rocm above. A short 4-foot wide bridge cormects this room with the I <br /> front yard.
