<br />Arden Hills Counci 1 6 September 14, 1992 . <br />Councilmember Malone reminded the applicant that during <br />phase two approval, signage plans must be submitted in <br />comformanoe with the sign ordinance. <br />HOTION: Halone moved, seconded by Mahowald, wi th regard to Cas e <br /> 92-16 to: <br /> Waive the Development Moratorium for phase I , while <br /> reserving that option for phase II; <br />- Authorize the applicant to proceed only with: <br /> - Site-related reconstruction and renovation as <br /> shown on the latest site plan, and <br /> - Building demolition with reconstruction only of <br /> the west wall columns and footings; <br />This approval is given with the understanding that: <br />- Building plans, elevations, materials, signage, <br /> landscaping and lighting details shall be presented for <br /> review at the October Planning Commission and Council <br /> Meetings; <br />- No Certificates of Occupancy shall be issued for the <br /> bank until building, slgnage, 1 ighUng and landscaping <br /> plans are approved by the City; <br />- No site work is to be completed prior to approval of <br /> the plan by the Fire Chief; . <br />- The applicant is required to construct an improved <br /> egress to the property if and when the adjacent <br /> property owner agrees to provide the necessary <br /> easement~ <br />- Approval of Phase I gives no assurance of future <br /> approval of Phase I I ; the applicant must apply for <br /> approval of Phase I I with the Planning Commission and <br /> Counci 1 . <br />Motion carried unanimously (5-0) . <br />AUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND 90-DAY LEAVE <br />FOR PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE FRED REED <br />Ccuncil reviewed a report from Public Works Superintendent <br />Winkel which provided an update with regard to the condi Uon <br />of Public Horks Employee Fred Reed.
