Attorney <br /> Fill a recommended against appeal. <br /> Malone asked counsel if the assessment roll for the project . <br /> should be amended because of this judgment. Attorney Filla <br /> said this matter will appear on a Council agenda in the near <br /> future. <br />ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE ISSUE <br /> Councilmember Mahowald asked if the City will be prepared in <br /> two weeks to conduct an assessment hearing on t.he Arden <br /> Place drainage issue. Attorney Filla st.ated that, at a <br /> minimum} the Council can hear comment.s at the Sept. ember 28, <br /> 1992 hearing and then continue the hearing if necessary. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Mahowald moved, seconded by Growe, to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 8:29 p.m. Mot.ion carried unanimously (5-0) . <br />Thomas R.
