Council Agenda Consent Calendar Item No. No. 4b. regarding <br />. solicitation request fram Greenpeace - <br /> Per City Ordinance, nonprofit organization is able to <br /> canvass pending receipt by the city of name, address, phone <br /> number, and Social Security of those who would be doing the <br /> canvassing . This has been received and will be forwarded to <br /> the Sheriff's office pending the approval by City Council. <br /> The Greenpeace organization will be canvassing fram October <br /> 1 through October 31 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 <br /> p.m., Monday through Friday, fram 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on <br /> Saturdays, and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on SUndays. <br /> B. Council Agenda Consent Calendar Item No. 4c. regarding <br /> certification of reduced assessment roll - <br /> Agreement has been reached with for settlement on <br /> assessments on PIN #34-30-23-42-0053. The assessment roll <br /> to the County needs to be reduced in order to reflect this <br /> item being removed fram the assessment roll. <br /> C. Council Agenda Consent Calendar Item No. 4d. regarding Mr. <br /> Francis Podlasek - <br /> Conciliation Court has ordered the city to pay Mr. <br /> Podlasek $978. The city previously agreed to pay $850.00. <br /> The Council is requested to approve payment of the $978 <br /> pending any appeal. Any Appeal is due by Septernber 30. <br />. <br /> ----------- <br />
